About journal

A practical-scientific journal «The Law in Donetsk People's Republic» was founded in 2016. The founder of the journal is State educational institution of the higher professional education «Donetsk academy of internal affairs of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Donetsk People's Republic».

Research papers on current problems of legal science are published in this periodical. Research papers, surveys, reviews, comments constitute the main content. Categories of readers are lawyers, scientists and legal practitioner, people studying law.

The journal «The Law in Donetsk People's Republic» in conformity with existing legislation is registered as mass medium. In September 2017 in relation to renaming of the founder some amendments in the registration papers of the journal were inserted and the Certificate of state registration AAA № 000161 dated 14^th September 2017 was received.

In November 2017 under the Ministry of Education and Science of Donetsk People's Republic Order № 1144 dated 7^th of November 2017 practical-scientific journal «The Law in Donetsk People's Republic» is included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific periodicals where the main scientific results of PhD theses and doctoral theses approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Donetsk People's Republic Order № 1134 dated 1^st November 2016 according to specialties 12.00.00 – Juridical sciences must be published.

The journal is published four times a year.
