Publishing ethics
Referring a research paper to the Editorial Board of the practical-scientific journal «The Law of Donetsk People’s Republic», the author:
- enfranchises to the Editorial Board the right on its publishing and placement in the Internet. Meanwhile the author’s intellectual rights are preserved;
- guarantees that the research paper is the author’s original work and it possesses scientific novelty;
- gives consent to Processing of Personal Data (collection, systematization, storage, elaboration (renovation, variation), usage, depersonalization, blockout, destruction).
Author is responsible for:
- the content and the manner of the research paper, selection and authenticity of the given facts, terms, quotation, links;
- usage of the data which is not intended for public media;
- authenticity of the data on the co-author of the research paper, data on the people and sources of the work funding which are described in the paper.
Research papers which are referred to the Editorial Board for publishing must be original research works executed on the relevant topic in the field of law at a high scientific level, possess scientific novelty and correspond to the requirements of the Editorial Board.
Requirements discrepancy of a research paper, presence of a large amount of bad spelling and grammar mistakes and also plagiarism determination in a research paper exclude its publishing.
The Chairlady and the Editorial Board are not responsible for:
- the content and the manner of the research paper, selection and authenticity of the given facts, terms, quotation, links;
- usage of the data which is not intended for public media;
- authenticity of the data on the co-author of the research paper, data on the people and sources of the work funding which are described in the paper.
